We invite you to discover the wines of Languedoc in an exceptional setting along the Canal du Midi. Choose between a private cruise aboard a gently gliding boat, or a relaxed degustation in our exclusive tasting room overlooking vines and the canal. Designed to reflect the rhythm of the season, each experience offers a carefully curated selection of wines, accompanied by grazing platters on board or, in our tasting room, the option of a traditional French three course meal. Set within this UNESCO World Heritage Site indulge in rich stories, authentic encounters and unforgettable wine moments with Esprit du Languedoc.

How to book?
Please get in touch and let us know which experience you are interested in. All our experiences are individually tailored so once you decide which option suits you best we can book it in.
Are groups welcome?
Yes, we can accommodate groups from 4 to 20 people.
Is transportation provided?
Transportation can be arranged for those who prefer not to drive, upon request for your convenience, dependent on availability.
Do I need to already know about wines?
You can choose a tastings where I come to you. I set everything up once I arrive, and take everything away with me when I leave, so it is an easy relaxed and enjoyable experience for all. If you choose a vineyard visit or a day excursion these are obviously on location! I also have a variety of tasting room options in a variety of locations throughout Languedoc.
What if the weather is bad?
We adapt plans to ensure your experience remains enjoyable, rain or shine. In extreme weather circumstances we may be able to make a date change depending on the experience you have chosen and availability. Where transport has been booked changes are not possible sorry.
How long does a tasting last?
Tastings usually last between two and two and a half hours.
Where do tastings take place?
No! All of our experiences are for everyone, no matter how much wine knowledge you already do or don't have!
